We called S-House, it a patio house that located in one of the islands numerous of IJburg. This minimalist house created by VMX Architects. They used 2 classical typologies in designing, the classical typologies are combined become a unique creation. The building included patio house or patio villa or manor house or domus. If we look horizontally, the classical house has been separated in several segments. There are ground floor, storage space, large play and hobby room. The ground floor of the patio house is built like a basement, by using the front door to this classical house. Other part is storage space; it’s especially design to comfortable and functional. The great game space and also pastime is adjoining the backyard. The house patio completed with the elegant kitchen is a wide room on the primary floor. Look at the amazing room, that’s sitting room or snug; the room has beautiful view to the garden and the street. And attractive fact of the sitting room is located above the kitchen. The top floor of the patio house is appropriated for the bathroom and bedrooms. The facades of the patio house are clothed in soft yellow tiles color that obviously layout the home separate of all other houses in the similar line.
