They offer us an innovative design to solve 2 main needs of city homes; there are light and space. The modern block house design is divided into 2 parts, it easily recognizable due to the differences in the high quality materials used on the facades building. First of all, larger and consists of bedrooms with modern design interior and a contemporary living room and also attractive features very tall windows that fill the interior that allow us to get natural sunlight. The next part of the house is long and narrow and consists of service spaces such as the modern bathrooms, the contemporary kitchen, the utility room and the stairway. If you look of the house top you’ll find creative roof design, it is not flat but slightly inclined to let more light into the bedrooms and people can to watch the stars while sheltering the rooftop garden from the view of neighbours and people on the street. The conclusion: the city house is not only functional but it offers us a beautiful view of the city.
